Team coaching
You cannot beat a well-functioning team.
And you can train team-strength.
Promoting togetherness – with a professional
Team Coaching
Team coaching can help wherever people work together to accomplish common tasks or achieve collective goals. Often, disruptive factors and obstacles get in the way of good, well-functioning teamwork. The result is dissatisfaction among those involved and inefficiency in daily processes. By identifying existing conflicts and specifically promoting communication, cooperation and a fair distribution of tasks, team coaching can make a lasting contribution to an optimal working environment. The focus is on both internal and external conflicts. After all, a bad atmosphere and disagreements within a group can lead to problems as well as to communication problems with superiors, a lack of appreciation or unclear or excessive demands.
Methods used include constellations, values work, vision development according to de Shazer, role play, energetic work and non-violent communication according to Rosenberg.

VERSATILE IN USE
Also across teams
Team coaching is beneficial for companies, institutions, associations and organizations of all kinds in which well-functioning processes are particularly important. The type of group in which the collaboration takes place is irrelevant. Rather small teams, e.g. in medical practices or craft businesses, can benefit from team coaching just as much as working groups, project teams or entire departments in companies can.

The possible topics to be dealt with in the
team coaching are:
- Restructuring
- New formation, putting together a team for a new project
- Integration of a new member into an existing team
- New distribution of tasks and/or more responsibility
- Lack of efficiency in the work
- General conflicts between individuals or entire teams
What benefits can team coaching offer you – in detail?
Team coaching has to offer more than only the elimination of deficits in communications. It sustainably changes the quality of teamwork. When practiced successfully, team coaching ensures that the team will gain clarity about values, goals and structures and that these will be defined together. The group can develop a healthy sense of togetherness and a team spirit with an equally motivating effect on everyone. The team will treat each other with respect. The group as a whole will work more constructively, solution-oriented and efficiently. Job satisfaction will increase.
How does team coaching work?
Usually, team coaching will be a long-term process, but initial successes can also be achieved after just two to three days. There will always be a similar process: in an initial meeting, the central objective of the team coaching will be clarified with the individual team members. Solutions will then be developed together and communication structures will be changed. The potential and resources of the participants are individually will be analyzed, worked out and promoted. The problem-solving skills of each individual will be used to develop the team as a whole.

The process steps of team coaching

INTRODUCTORY MEETING IN THE TEAM
Clarification of the current situation and the coaching assignment

ASSESSMENT AND REFLECTION
Definition of individual strengths and weaknesses, skills and resources, communication structures and disruptive factors. Also: What is going well? What is not? What changes/improvements would be desirable?

REALIGNMENT
Change in work and communication structures, introduction of rituals, possible reassignment of individual tasks and responsibilities

IMPLEMENTATION
Permanent implementation of the changes and critical, documenting observation of the new processes

FOLLOW-UP
Status meeting with the CEE coach six months after completion of the team coaching, optionally also taking place at regular intervals thereafter
During a Team Coaching the identification with the team and the trust in the power of the team will be strengthened. This will enable self-organization, decision-making skills and conflict resolution strategies and lead to constructive competences to act.
