Discover your own creativity
and bring it to life

Draw from your own creative source, feel new
feel new strength and promote team spirit

Everyone is creative and there are so many different forms of expression in which a person’s creativity can manifest itself. The best known are Painting, sewing, writing, singing, making music, photography, filming, dancing, cooking, baking, planing, sawing, sanding. Creative expression can also be found in graphic design or a design, developing an idea, creating a solution, organizing a birthday party, planning a menu, decorating rooms, organizing an excursion and many other creative activities. For some, being able to use their own creative work in their job or even practise it as a profession is a dream come true and can feel like a vocation. For those who are unable to use their creativity professionally, creative design is often a very good way to balance out their job. Creativity activates other regions of the brain and has been proven to reduce stress levels.

Hobby and/or vocation

Creativity activates other regions of the brain and has been proven to reduce stress levels.

CREATIVE-COACHING

supports in many ways

Recognizing your own creativity, the value of it or even embarking on a new career path in the field of your own creativity can result from empathetic creative coaching.

Creative methods (e.g. instructions for painting, writing, creating collages, planing, sawing) can be used to sustainably address personality issues in the self-learning process or teamwork skills. For example, the topics of personal needs, strengths, etc. can be glued together as a collage and used as a diagram for visually oriented people and internalized in the long term.

Creative workshops (e.g. painting courses, writing workshops, woodworking workshops) can provide a trustworthy group atmosphere to establish a sustainable approach to creative activities. Awareness of one’s own dexterity creates access to everyone’s creative source.

Creative coaching sessions can also be held online. This means that creative coaching sessions can also be carried out over longer distances or for a short workshop.

The sustainable CEE concept is particularly evident in upcycling. Here, the CEE Creative Coaches’ own works can provide inspiration that encourages people to “copy with their own touch”.
