Start-up coaching thrives equally on professional support and on the self-motivation and responsibility of the to-be-self-employed. In line with this principle, our association’s coaches will be there for you to support. The services offered by our experts in the field of start-up coaching are aimed at people whose business is in the start-up or development phase. The focus will not only be on the viability of the idea and the structure and direction of the company, but also on the fournder`s personality. This includes aspects such as employee management and cooperation with potential partners, as well as dealing with customers and suppliers.

No matter how good a business idea may be – the threshold for starting a business is almost always considered to be too high and insurmountable. The reason for this is usually to a lesser extend a realistic assessment but rather a vague feeling of not being able to see the bigger picture.
The terrain ahead seems too complex and unfamiliar. Start-up coaching helps you explore this terrain step by step. And it will always take into account your individual starting situation and potential. Among other things, this also means that we will take you and your concerns seriously. Together with you, we will find out which tools you already have and what needs to be supplemented. Where the coaching starts is entirely up to you. We support you not only in the start-up phase, but also once you are on the market but are encountering limitations or problems.

- Personality: What qualities do I need as a company founder? What can I learn? How can I test it out?
- Type of company: Which company form is the right for me (e.g. GmbH, GbR, AG)? Should I set up the company alone or together with partners?
- Motivation: What are my goals – in terms of content, socially, economically?
- Viability: What potential does the idea or product have? What is the USP? What are the target groups? Who am I competing with? What are the costs? At what price can I offer?
- Rough business plan: What do I want to achieve and by when? How do I manage my time effectively to stick to the plan?
- Communication: How do I make myself known (advertising, social media, network, etc.)?
- Sales: What price do I need? Which one do I take? How do I negotiate? How do I present myself correctly?
- Leadership: How do I deal with customers, suppliers and employees?
Start-up coaching by CEE coaches is designed to facilitate your path to successful self-employment so that you have a clear idea of your goals and a step-by-step plan for achieving them, without getting bogged down, over- or under-challenged.

At this point, we would like to emphasize once again: Start-up coaching is intended to help you get started. The coach acts as a source of inspiration and advice, but also as a partner to whom you can turn in confidence with all your questions, regardless of whether they concern content-related or personal uncertainties or decision-making.
The result of the start-up coaching is always open and solely dependent on you as the client. In the end, you should have more clarity about how viable your idea is at the moment and how you can make it even more successful. The clarification of legal and tax issues is expressly excluded from start-up coaching. The advice of appropriate experts should be sought for this.
