Studied business administration at the WWU-Münster, during which time he founded the company commpage.de in 2002, advising medium-sized companies on the interaction between business administration, technology and people. Trained trainer and systemic coach since 2007.
He later trained as an online trainer, team coach and teaching trainer for transcultural consulting. With the company Unternehmen2020, he advises companies that want to seize the opportunity of digitalization and compensate for its disadvantages through sustainability.
