Born in 1968, graduate in administrative science (University of Konstanz) with a focus on work policy, management, personnel and organization. Systemic consultant and process facilitator (SG) for companies in the field of communication since 1999. Since 2013 self-employed as a systemic coach (master coach), job coach, energetic coach and expert coach for potential development, crisis intervention and resilience. Certified mediator (SG) since June 2018. My core competence is coaching in companies of individuals and teams as well as mediation/business mediation, conflict facilitation and process support in Dutch and German. Voluntary work in the Euregio economic region to intensify cooperation between German and Dutch educational institutions and to improve intercultural competence
