Qualified social worker & fully qualified lawyer (Ass. iur.), systemic coach (CEE-certified), in training as a leadership coach. I have been supporting people in challenging life and work situations for over 20 years – in family support, schools, companies and in my own patchwork family.
My core competence: I see people. With empathy, clarity and humor, I combine psychological, pedagogical and legal expertise with a wealth of life experience. As an enthusiastic speaker and moderator, I inspire small groups as well as large events of up to 100 people using methods such as the World Café.
In addition, I am involved in the founding of a school as managing director and thus bring valuable experience in organizational development, team building and educational design.
